Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Kalashailee, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy and fair resolution.
1. Return / Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- in original condition with tags attached
- returned in original packaging, if possible
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer:
- free replacement, or
- full refund, as applicable
For faster resolution, please share an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
Once the returned item passes quality check, the replacement product will be shipped.
If there is a price difference, the balance amount will be collected or refunded accordingly.
5. Refund Options
For eligible returns, we offer the following refund options:
A. Store Credit
- 100% value as store credit
- can be used on a future purchase
- processed faster than bank refunds
- may include a small goodwill bonus during selected campaigns
B. Refund to Original Payment Method / Bank Transfer
- Refund will be processed after the product is received and passes quality check
- For regular “change of mind” returns, a return shipping / handling fee may be deducted
- This fee will be communicated clearly at the time of approval
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item / damaged / defective item), no deduction will be made
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, return shipping / handling charges may apply
7. Sale / Clearance / Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale / Clearance / Non-returnable are not eligible for cash refund.
Such items may be eligible only for:
- exchange, or
- store credit
as mentioned on the product page.
8. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order will fall under the return/exchange policy.
9. Refund Timeline
After the returned item is received and approved:
- store credit is usually processed within 2–3 business days
- bank / UPI / original payment refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment partner
