Return & Exchange Policy
At Kalashailee, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.
Return Eligibility
· Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@kalashailee.in.
· Return the product within 7 calendar days of delivery.
· Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: Products bought during sales, with coupon codes, or from clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Options
We offer two convenient refund methods:
1. E-Wallet Credit:
- Get 100% store credit for the product value.
- Bonus ₹200 gift voucher for future use.
- Credit usable on https://kalashailee.in.
- Wallet link sent via email or WhatsApp.
2. Bank Transfer:
- Approx. 85% refund of product price.
- ₹250 return pickup charge (may vary).
- Processed via GPay, PhonePe, or bank transfer (no cash refunds).
Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Email us within 24 hours. If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup in 2–3 business days.
2. 360° Video: Share an unopened package video for verification.
3. Inspection & Refund: We verify and confirm the refund within 2–3 business days.
4. Self-Ship: If pickup isn’t available, courier the product with Order Number and Return ID at your cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. If already shipped or delivered, follow the return process.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on eligible products. Contact us to initiate the request. After return verification, the replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.
To initiate an exchange, here’s how the process works:
- Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup of the item.
- Return Verification: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition and contact you via WhatsApp to confirm.
- Free Exchange: There are no additional charges for exchanges. Once verified, your replacement item will be dispatched at no extra cost.
- Processing Time: The full process typically takes 5–7 working days.
