Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

·         We have partnered with reputable logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

·         Available shipping methods: Standard, Express, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

·         For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For deliveries within India, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.

·         Orders in stock are processed within 3–4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

·         Made-to-order, customized, or pre-order items are dispatched within 4–6 weeks. We’ll notify you as soon as your item ships.

Important Notes

·         Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address (including house number and pin code) to avoid delays.

·         No refunds will be issued for delivery delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

·         Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be issued.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

·         COD is available for orders above Rs.2000.

·         COD charges vary depending on your location and parcel weight.

·         For COD orders:

-          Our team will contact you for confirmation.

-          Orders will only be dispatched after your confirmation.

-          If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

·         Return/replacement is not acceptable for COD order.

International Shipping (Not yet Started through website – you may connect us at our Instagram/WhatsApp for the same)

·         We offer international shipping via DHL, unless unavailable in your location.

·         Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.

·         Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charge and must be paid directly at delivery.

·         These duties vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Note-

·         In case of delivery failure, a second attempt will be made after customer confirmation.

·         For a third delivery attempt, extra shipping charges will apply. If unpaid, the order will be canceled and future orders may not be accepted.

Order Delays & Cancellations

·         If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, we will reach out to confirm if you still wish to proceed.

·         Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
